Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to collaborate closely with our transformation and implementation teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and building new integrations and supporting cross-functional capability development across various ServiceNow platform releases. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, combined with extensive experience in solution design and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with transformation and implementation teams to design and build new integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to support capability development and ensure seamless ServiceNow releases.
- Develop and implement robust ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Oversee the development and integration of custom scripts, workflows, and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices in all ServiceNow implementation activities.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations with various systems and platforms, leveraging technologies such as Glide, REST, SOAP, and XML.
- Stay current with the latest developments in ServiceNow technology and drive the adoption of new features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Permanent Resident Card or American Citzenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities and modules.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, with a strong ability to develop and customize UI components.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform technologies, including Glide, REST, SOAP, and XML.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, and ITSM modules.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integrations, both inbound and outbound.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
