Veterans are trained to accomplish objectives, not follow process for its own sake. When a project plan stops serving the mission, we change the plan. We have walked away from approaches mid-project because the evidence said something else would work better.
Accountability without Hedging
If a deployment is behind, you hear it from us first, with a recovery plan attached. We do not manage upward with optimistic status updates. Direct communication is not optional on our team.
Consultative Leadership over Appeasement
