SkillBridge, RiseUp & Taskforce Uplift
Tuatara partners with RiseUp, ServiceNow, and SkillBridge to create a direct pathway from military service to a high-growth technology career. We have transitioned hundreds of veterans into full-time tech careers through these programs. Not contractors. Not temps. Full employees with real client responsibilities from day one. Through Taskforce Uplift, we also donate technology to once-homeless veterans being reintegrated into their communities.

How the Fellowship Works
- ✓ Transitioning service members are recruited during or after their SkillBridge period
- ✓ Fellows complete ServiceNow RiseUp training, earning industry-recognized certifications then onboard into a "real world" immersive experience as a Tuatara Military Fellow gaining the skills they need to secure employment
- ✓ Graduates are hired as full Tuatara employees, not contractors or temps
- ✓ Team members deploy on real client engagements delivering ServiceNow solutions
- ✓ Through Taskforce Uplift, Tuatara donates technology to once-homeless veterans reintegrating into their communities
